Vienna cube-shaped clock fragment

D Emil Schauer, 1906
Lichterloh

The Vienna cube-shaped clock was specially developed and produced at the start of the 20th century for public spaces in Vienna.

In the meantime, "Normalzeit von Schauer" has become a distinctive piece of urban furniture for the city's inhabitants. All over Vienna, these clocks not only tell the time, but also function as signposts, landmarks, meeting points or points of reference.

The face of the clock is the original, the frame is a reproduction, the clock is functional.
